SEARCH & RESCUE
Thousands of people visit the mountains and forests of Polk County, Oregon
each year. A few will become lost, stranded, or injured . . . some may die.

Our objective is to find and rescue these lost or injured people before it is
too late. Highly trained women and men respond to emergencies and
disasters 24 hours a day,  365 days a year.

We are dedicated to saving lives and educating the public on
wilderness safety.

We take pride on being there when it counts so that others may live.

ONLINE COURSES AND TRAINING
We have located some links for on-line courses. We have also included some links to sites that provide some excellent information. Some of these are fun and all of them are useful. We encourage everyone to continue their education and obtain as much training as possible.
