Arches History

ARCHES is the result of a community-wide collaboration of law enforcement agencies and social services providers. The collaboration has been meeting since February 2000 to plan and develop this exciting project that will better serve the homeless individuals and families of Marion and Polk counties. ARCHES is based on a model project in Reno, Nevada.

In March 0f 2001, ARCHES became a project of Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency where members meet monthly as an advisory board, and have maintained over 30 partners in the two-county region.
