PURPOSE:

ARCHES will serve as a centralized drop-in center designed to provide
one-stop referral and services to homeless individuals and families with children.

ARCHES will provide referrals, information and follow-up to help these individuals break out of
the cycle of homelessness by providing integrated interventions based on their individual needs.

When persons cone to the drop-in center, they will be provided the following services:
Initial services, such as food, shower, clothing,  hygiene supplies, and telephone access.
Laundry and storage facilities.
Ancillary services out-stationed at the center will include:

Mental health screening and referral;
Substance abuse screening and referral;
Primary health care;
Assistance with benefits;
Vocational rehabilitation and employment;
Community service and day reporting;
Child care;
Transportation;
Legal aid;

A case manager will complete an intake to determine the best referrals and support services for the individual or family, based on their needs.
